In 1988, after working for nearly 30 years for other builders, Bill Metrose decided it was time to direct his energy into his own home building company. Bill started building custom homes with a masterful approach honed over the past decades and the company grew year after year based on word of mouth from satisfied customers. Nearly 20 years later the company has been recognized as one of the “Top 100″ companies in Rochester by the Rochester Chamber of Commerce and listed as on of the top ten builders on the Rochester Business Journal’s list of home builders.

Metrose Homes has built over 500 homes over the years and we put that experience and expertise to use every time we construct a new house.
